We know Filomena through her daughter, who we have known for more than 10 years.  As a widow mother Filomena runs her two small farms with help of Joel, her youngest son. They set aside for us the very best of their best beans.

We know Luis Fernando and his family for more than 20 years. As a young entrepreneur Luis runs his family small farm and set aside for us the very best of his best beans. This was, after all, the first of his coffee to go out wearing the Cardamon’s name.
